Our company is fully dedicated to training and development of all our Live in Care staff regardless of any previous experience they may have.

 

We are committed to keeping all of our Live in Care staff up to date with any changes in regulation and legislation so that we can perform to the highest possible standard.

 

Roxane Lane, the registered Manager and In-House Trainer, is experienced in delivering health and social care and care certificate training.

She can also direct our Live in Carers to participate in Distance Learning Courses and Diplomas in Health and Social Care.

 

All our staff go through a very comprehensive induction programme which includes:

• Moving and Handling

• Data Protection/Confidentiality

• Care Plan

• Food Safety

• Infection Control

• Medication

• The Mental Capacity Act

• Care Certificate

All our staff are encouraged and supported to achieve all levels of Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
